We own and operate an Oxygen Bar and Beauty Lounge, offering a variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, and the unique health benefits of recreational oxygen therapy. Choosing Quinte West, a place we love, we wanted to introduce a distinctive service that enhances the area’s appeal.

How has the community been supportive of your entrepreneurial journey? We’ve received wonderful support from the community, building strong relationships with our clients. Providing a personal service setting, we also contribute to the community whenever possible. Additionally, the DBIA, Trentval, Small Business Center, and the Chamber of Commerce have been fantastic supporters.

In your own words, describe what it’s like to be a part of the Downtown Community:

It feels like a family. Getting to know local business owners who share a common interest in seeing Quinte West thrive, especially the downtown community, has been a rewarding experience.

What can we look forward to from your business in the coming months?

We plan to host inclusive workshops, providing trained staff to support people with disabilities in getting the self-care they deserve. Additionally, we are in the process of obtaining our liquor license, allowing individuals to enjoy a glass of wine with a relaxing foot massage or attend other interesting events.

What do you enjoy doing in Quinte West and the surrounding area on your days off?

We love listening to live music and exploring local workshops, entertainment, and events.
